機制創新“激活力”,推動成果轉化長效常態。各黨(dang)支(zhi)部以(yi)問題為導(dao)向,通過(guo)意見征(zheng)集、流程再(zai)造、數字(zi)化轉型,構建“發(fa)現問題—整改落實(shi)—成(cheng)效反(fan)饋”閉環機制,確保活動(dong)成(cheng)果常(chang)態長效。一是聚(ju)焦基(ji)(ji)層訴求(qiu),累計收集問(wen)卷近400份(fen),梳理(li)意見建(jian)議300余條(tiao),針對(dui)(dui)性制(zhi)定改進措(cuo)施。針對(dui)(dui)“政(zheng)策(ce)理(li)解不透徹”問(wen)題,建(jian)立“一對(dui)(dui)一”結對(dui)(dui)指導機制(zhi),開(kai)展政(zheng)策(ce)宣講60余場;針對(dui)(dui)“報(bao)表重復填(tian)報(bao)”痛點(dian),牽頭(tou)整合報(bao)表需求(qiu),推行(xing)“數據一次采集、多部門共享”機制(zhi),為基(ji)(ji)層減(jian)負30%以上。二是深化(hua)(hua)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)型,推(tui)廣應用成本(ben)管控(kong)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)平臺(tai),實現項目成本(ben)全(quan)過程監(jian)控(kong);通過金融(rong)工(gong)具創新(xin),高效完成數(shu)億美元(yuan)項目借款,創利數(shu)百(bai)萬(wan)元(yuan);打造海外用工(gong)一體化(hua)(hua)平臺(tai),實現全(quan)流程線上管控(kong),提升管理(li)效率。三是強化(hua)人(ren)才賦能,計(ji)劃引進(jin)培養復合型(xing)商務人(ren)才,選派青年員工赴(fu)項目一線鍛煉;構建(jian)(jian)“線上+線下”培訓(xun)體系,覆蓋“小、偏、散、遠”項目;開設黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)與業務復合型(xing)培訓(xun)班,推動黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)與業務從“物理(li)疊加(jia)”向“化(hua)學(xue)反應”轉變。
